I’m having a similar problem with a brand new O4 Air Unit (Lite), which will not bind to my Goggles 3.
I also plugged into just USB and updated the firmware, then power the air unit from the battery and activated it, and now it won’t bind.
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please try the following steps to link your devices:
1. Ensure that both DJI O4 Air Unit and DJI Goggles 3 firmware are updated to the latest version.
2. Power on the DJI Goggles 3.
3. Open the DJI Goggles 3 menu, select "Status," and choose the product you want to link from the top right corner.
4. Power on the DJI O4 Air Unit and ensure the linking status indicator light is red.
5. Press the binding button on the air unit, the red light should start flashing, indicating it is in binding mode.
6. Press and hold the power button on the DJI Goggles 3 until you hear continuous beeping and the battery indicator lights cycle.
7. Once linking is successful, the air unit's binding status indicator light will turn solid green, and the beeping from DJI Goggles 3 will stop, displaying the video transmission.
You can also refer to this video for a detailed guide on the binding process. https://www.dji.com/uk/o4-air-unit/video?backup_page=index
If the binding still fails, please provide us with some footage showing the binding failure so we can investigate further. You can upload the footage to Dropbox or Google Drive and share the link with us.
Thank you for your cooperation. |
