When you are live streaming using either mic it causes the bitrate to stutter and the audio to go bad and crackles.

Tested on OA5 and OA4 and the 4 is fine just a 5 issue

The problem cannot be communicated more clearly. Ten days and no reply? Did you even watch this video? This guy is doing your job! We are basically beta testers for broken software, but we're not getting paid. And you just ignore it until we give up... You do realize that giving up means we sell your stuff on eBay and switch to older models or your competition, right?

I confirm the above problem. I have OA5 and dji mic mini. Streaming RTMP and have the same sound glitches. It is very upsetting that the guys do not even plan to fix this. Please, pay more attention to your community. I bought both of these devices for the purpose of live broadcasts, and got a bunch of problems. You were given the entire sequence of actions to reproduce the problem. Fix it or give at least some comment, I even registered for this because my indignation knows no bounds

You give them a 5-minute long video (with a perfect explanation), + all the time you spent setting up, editing, etc., and not a single person from the entire DJI crew can even answer in this thread..... let alone send an email to someone capable of fixing it or providing any information.


I don't think I've ever seen customer support this poor. It's been MONTHS now xD, and not a single actual written answer.... just premade ones.



Question for DJI support on this forum: Can you please provide me with any contact for someone in your corporation who is actually capable of answering questions? (E-mail would be fine)... Thank you.

I doubt its a limitation. Its a bug that needs urgent attention. Please ensure this is reviewed and fixed

Sorry but this is false. My gain was only set to 2. I have tested again at a lower gain and the issue remains, do you even test this yourselves?

There is no need, just test yourself, as soon as a mic is connected the audio stutters and the video lags, every single time, its a massive bug
