You give them a 5-minute long video (with a perfect explanation), + all the time you spent setting up, editing, etc., and not a single person from the entire DJI crew can even answer in this thread..... let alone send an email to someone capable of fixing it or providing any information.
I don't think I've ever seen customer support this poor. It's been MONTHS now xD, and not a single actual written answer.... just premade ones.
Question for DJI support on this forum: Can you please provide me with any contact for someone in your corporation who is actually capable of answering questions? (E-mail would be fine)... Thank you.
