last week i sent my p3p to a local store for fixing some problem , and when i recived it , i found out that maybe they replaced my gimbal and camera with another one , and there is no serial and barcode on the top of gimbal any more :





so where can i find the serial number of the camera and gimbal ( softwarely ) to match it with the serial number on the box and ensure that my camera and gimbal not replaced with another one ?

I see in the picture someone removed it. Should be a white sticker showing a Pxxxxxxxxxxx number on top of the gimbal just under the Phantom.

is there any way to find out what is the serial number ? like DJI go app or somthing ?

I check in my Go App and didn't find a serial # for the camera. Just versions of firmware.

It will be on the box the Phantom came in (you DID keep the box didn't you... or at least the labels?)


By the way, whether or not it's the original camera, if it's working just fine... then why are you scratching something that shouldn't itch?

Just a thought, do the logs show the serial numbers of the main components?

yes i did , i keep the box,  just the  white sticker on top of the gimbal is missing....

and gimbal not working normal , and sometimes  a little shakes appear in video , and because this problem i want to find a way to prove  it is not my gimbal and camera...

Putting aside the serial number for the moment, the fact that they were supposed to fix it and it still isn't working is the real issue isn't it?  You said it was a local store so you should be able walk in, demonstrate the defect and demand they correct it.  That's what I'd do here in the US but honestly, my perception of how they do business in Iran... I have no idea what might happen.

Load a DNG image into Photoshop and get the "File>>File Info …>Camera Data"
My camera shows up there.
