I am a licensed private pilot and real estate agent looking to purchase a DJI drone for my business. I understand that I need a Section 333 Exemption and that all requests that have been filed are a public record available for viewing at www.regulations.gov. However, it appears for the past few days that the www.regulations.gov site is not working properly and all I can get from it (when I get anything) is an error that says "Error reading from remote server".

Does anyone have a different source for reviewing the exemption requestions? Or does anyone have a good outline of an exemption requestion I can follow to submit my request?

www.regulations.gov isn't showing new requests, but I could pull-up submission for recently approved submissions...

Goto http://www.faa.gov/uas/legislati ... 333_authorizations/ and see those approved.

Them track the approved back at www.regulations.gov. For example, randomly selecting, Don Keeton Photography was just approved on 7 Oct: http://www.faa.gov/uas/legislati ... raphy-Inc-13125.pdf

google FAA 333 Exemption go to the us.gov page and use their search function for 333's down load as many PDF's as you need and write your app.
