I have been waiting for 3 months to renew my Dongle subscription without success. I have already sent all the data requested by the company and a solution is not presented.

Same here. Mine is dongle 1 (M3P, Mavic, etc). Here's the situation: I've bought this dongle in late july '23. Unaware the service wasn't available in Brazil at that time, tried to use the dongle with my mini 3 pro and this action activated the 1 year complimentary enhanced transmission service subscription. Long story short: 1 year subscription ended in august '24 and I was never able to use the 4G. Recently, many people in Brazil is using the ETS successfully, but they've bought their dongle recently, with a valid subscription. I think it would be fair from DJI to restart my subscription since I was never able to use it, but if it's impossible, I wouldn't bother to pay for it. The problem is that, VIA DJI FLY APP, it's not possible here in Brazil, I don't know why... When the service was valid for me, the in-app screen used to show the expiring date, etc, but since it expired it shows nothing (like the one above) and I'm unable to renew. PLEASE HELP US HERE IN BRAZIL WITH THIS "ENHANCED TRANSMISSION SERVICE" SUBSCRIPTION RENEWING ISSUE. THANK YOU!

Very upset with this negligence from the company. I understand that the service is not operating in Brazil, but making it impossible for me to renew the service to use the Dongle where it is operating is unacceptable.

We are sorry to inform you that we do not support renewal of the dongle service in Brazil. You can only renew the overseas version subscription service in Europe. Currently, only European countries can use the enhanced image transmission service. Brazil does not support use and renewal.
You have previously indicated that your residential address is not fixed and you also have a residence in the UK, so you can choose to bring the remote control to the UK to complete the renewal of the dongle.

I appreciate your commitment and attention but I am very frustrated with DJI. I inform you again that even within China or England, which are countries that I frequently visit, this renewal is not being made available. There is a problem and the company is clearly ignoring it. Hi Leo. Thank you for sharing this information with us. DJI Dongle does not support use in Brazil, so you cannot renew your subscription in Brazil.
It is recommended that you renew your subscription in a country that supports enhanced image transmission. It is not recommended to purchase a new one in Brazil.

The United States, Thailand, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Ukraine, Crimea, DNR, LNR, Israel, and Palestine.

Reason: Due to local laws, regulations and safety policies, some countries do not support 4G-enhanced video transmission.

DJI Cellular Dongle 2 combines traditional OcuSync transmission and 4G automatic enhancement technologies. When the traditional OcuSync transmission signal is strong, the 4G link maintains a basic connection but does not activate 4G for data transmission in order to maximize high-quality, low-latency experience while reducing data usage. When the OcuSync transmission encounters signal interferences, obstructions, or long-distance scenarios, DJI Cellular Dongle enables 4G network for data transmission automatically, which is called a enhanced transmission phase. When the OcuSync transmission is completely disconnected, the data transmissions rely on 4G network entirely for images from the drone to the ground, as well as commands from the ground to the drone.
Due to the varying telecommunications requirements and regulations around the world, the progress of functional support will differ from place to place. We suggest you learn the local laws, regulations and safety policies for further information.
