Hi.
Agras t20.
I noticed that the field names section is empty in the web version admin panel. I reset the remote control but it didn't make a difference. Please tell me how to fix this problem because I need the map names for management.

Thank you for your feedback.Due to the road network information on the map is provided by the national geographic information public service platform , DJI can not directly modify/increase the relevant village and town names, the problem engineers have been recorded and feedback to the national geographic information public service platform, need to wait for the national geographic information public service platform on the road network information to update.

Thanks for your response. This is not a permanent problem and I didn't have this problem before. In my research, I found that if I manually upload the information, this problem will be solved, but sometimes this solution doesn't work.

1. Please go to the home page of the remote control, click on General Settings, Privacy Settings, and see if the switches in there are all turned off. If so, turn them all on, the issue will be resolved.
2. On the SmartFarm App, please check if you have uploaded the flight record, plot, and in progress , all three of them must be uploaded, you can check it after the Privacy settings are on.
