Thanks for your patience.
1. Please go to the home page of the remote control, click on General Settings, Privacy Settings, and see if the switches in there are all turned off. If so, turn them all on, the issue will be resolved.
2. On the SmartFarm App, please check if you have uploaded the flight record, plot, and in progress , all three of them must be uploaded, you can check it after the Privacy settings are on.
