Thank you for the video provided. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you face the crack sound, please follow below troubleshooting guideline:
-Connect: Ensure the transmitter and receiver are linked and then connect them separately to the DJI Mimo app via Bluetooth.
-Open App: Launch the DJI Mimo app and navigate to "About Device" to view information.
-Update: Tap the firmware version to download and install the latest version.
*If you have update to the latest firmware, please follow below troubleshooting:
1. Please lower the sound source loudness.
2. Extend the distance between the DJI Mic transmitter and the sound source as appropriate.
3. Decrease the gain of DJI Mic or the camera as appropriate.
4. If you are still experiencing overblown sounds at minimum gain while using the DJI Mic 2, and it's not feasible to lower the sound source loudness or move away from it, I recommend enabling 32-bit Float Internal Recording. This allows you to post-edit the recorded audio before use to improve the sound quality.
5. If the DJI Mic is experiencing burst noise when connected to the camera, please check whether both the receiver and the camera are adhering to the gain settings recommended in the "Instructions on Recommended Gain for Camera Setup" file. Ensuring that these settings are properly configured can help mitigate any noise issues you may be encountering.

Please keep us updated on the outcome of the troubleshooting steps so that we can further assist you if the issue persists. Thank you, and have a good day! |
