Hello all
I am pretty new to this and recently purchased a DJI Phantom 4 pro V2 which displays an update request on the screen of the controller for the drone.
I connected the controller to my NBN wireless connection and I can see it is downloading the firmware update and about half way to transferring it to the drone it fails every time with a message that is has lost the connection.
What am I supposed to do, please?
Can someone help please?

I never used the Phantom series

but there's an update software you can try to make updates easier, Dji Assistant 2
