Hello!

is it possible to program/setting the video quality (sharpness, color, etc) with the controller and
then fly without the controller (hand takeoff) and keep these settings?
Or are the video settings only possible when flying with the controller?

Hi, darkdrool. Thank you for your inquiry! The camera of DJI Neo supports noise reduction and sharpness adjustment, Currently, they can be modified when DJI Neo is connected to Goggles or a remote controller (DJI RC 2, RC-N3, or RC-N2). （Only in video mode）

via Goggles: Open the goggles’ menu, select Settings > Camera > Advanced Camera Settings, and adjust the Sharpness or Noise Reduction options.

When DJI Neo is connected to a remote controller, the settings can be modified in the DJI Fly app: via DJI Fly: On the camera view, select “···” > Camera > Style,   and adjust Sharpness or Noise Reduction options.

But.... are the videoquality settings stored in the drone?
So are the settings active if i want to fly without the controller?

The settings will be reset. If you want to save the settings, you must use the remote control. Robot Natasha gave you the wrong information.

We have been asking them to add the ability to change video and photo settings in the app since the drone came out in November. They are not interested in doing it.
