Had a Neo for 4 months and at the start it was great to use along side a  Mini 3 which I feel is brilliant .
The Neo was bought so my 10 year old grandson can tag along and do some flying with me and reading all the blurb it looked good .
After a while we had some odd things happening strange flyaways which we luckly got it back , then erratic flight and I blamed his flying .
Now doing some research this is not new to find out and we were told DJI are doing firmware updates and dont fly as it could be dangerous the updates never come so
Yesterday the Neo had a complete fit so after talking to support it was returned to Amazon and got a full refund .

So now we are looking at a Flip which looks miles better and I can see the Neo being binned by DJI .
