I got the X5 today. There are these purple lines appearing across all images. At first I though it maybe a corrupt card so I tried a different card. I have format all the cards and still these purple lines.

I tried the DNG cleaner and it hasn't worked.

Issue has been resolved. It turns out that the card reader I was using is old. Someone suggested I try a newer card reader which I happened to have and it worked.
