Took my 7 year old drone to St. Croix last week and could not get it to fly.  Drone light indicates say ready to fly.  Controller has a green light meaning it's paired.  When I open the DJI app on my relatively new Ipad running ioS 18 it does not connect.  I tried link RC button in the app, but it doesn't do anything.  I don't fly very often, but I am experienced and have never had this issue before.  I've tried several different cables to rule that out.  Checked firmware and latest firmware for this model is from 2017 so I'm up to date.  Anyone have any ideas?

I think it must work, but I don't know how to solve the problem can you connect your drone with your controller?

The drone does connect to the controller if I am to believe the lights which are both normal on the drone and on the controller, but the app doesn't connect to the controller.
