DJI Osmo Mobile 7

Nice find and thanks for sharing DA.  Another thorough review of the OM7 by Jeven. Unfortunately, the Insta360 flow pro 2 is more feature rich.  Also, the OM7 is not compatible with the DJI Mic 2.

There was rumors of one in development but I haven't seen anything more recently.

It looks cool, but I have abandoned phones for 'serious' video applications for myself.
I want to have my phone at hand when I'm doing timelapses.

I saw Bilkkl the drone reviewer had a few more Mini 5 leaks on his stream last night,   but he also didnt mention the 360 either.

Me too,   I'll stick with my older Osmo for the few times I might want to do something like this, the rest of the time the Pocket will be my tool of choice,   I just hope some of the software features can be added to the pocket.

For regular video, I would be good with using the iPhone + osmo mobile, but I still prefer the Pocket for that.
And for TL I found out it does not work for me.

Ive done short TL with mine,    but I always worried the battery would run out,     one time I tried to Timelapse in singarpore with the camera pointing up and after about 15 minutes it just drooped.

Plus the old mobile 1 was horrible with TL. Too many bugs that never got fixed.

That would be very cool.

I may end up going with the Insta360 X4 vice waiting on DJI.  By the time they get one released the tariffs will be up and probably increased making it no longer a worthy buy.  Also, all the problems users are having getting DJI products through US Customs is a frightening mess.  Many items have been returned to DJI as US Customs will only hold the product for a max of 14 days.  Seems this issue got worse once DJI started using DHL.

Seems to have some serious specifications.  I had hoped DJI would have released one by now but that didn't happen so I may well go with the Insta360.

I would like one but dji still refuse to acknowledge Android users on the Mimo app dam shame.

Hi DAFlys, you misunderstood me, I have the mimo app on my samsung s24 as I have the osmo action 4 and the osmo pocket 3 what i mean is you do not get the full functionality of the mimo app that iphone users get when an android phone is mounted to the mobile 6/7 dji keep on saying this is because there are so many android devices out there for it to be feasible. I say thier thinking is all wrong about this situation, and here's why. Most serious videographers out there who use android devices are only going to use the best spec top high end phones and not the cheaper less speced one's and this narrows it down to 3 top android phones, the current Galaxy S series S25s the superb capabilities of the Sony Xperia 1vi and the Google Pixel 9s All 3 of these are just as good and capable of capturing amazing video as the iphone 16 can and therefore dji only has to update the Mimo app for this handfull of Android phones, not all of them.

Im sure DJI has the data on device usage as is targeting what they see as the bigger market.

Thier narrow minded and singling out one brand, that's not fair or right, the iphone isn't special in any way at all, brand snobbery is at play here.

Having owned by Android and iPhones,  the latter is better in every way.  And their ecosystem works so well together.
