So, I finally received the long-waited flip drone but could not connect it to my iPhone 15 pro max while following the tutorial video.
Has anyone encountered the same issue? I ensured all permissions were granted and the software was up to date.

I have similar issue with iPhone 14 Pro and DJI Flip.  I bought a Flip, successfully activated the drone with RC-N3 controller. Later I tried to pair the drone with the phone (without controller).  I tried everything (Wifi off, drone folding to swicth on, wifi on, Fly app, etc, etc)   Always got the same error, I attach the screenshot from the error dialog.   I'm able to connect the drone with RC-N3 and phone, but I would like to connect the drone with phone without controller, as it is in this video: DJI Flip|Mobile App Control : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XbNf7T9N-Q
The error dialog when trying to pair the phone with drone:

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and sharing the screenshot above. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we will help you share the troubleshooting steps. Kindly try the steps shared below and see if that helps:

1. Check if the device is in the linking mode with the remote controller. (DJI Flip in this mode cannot be connected via Wi-Fi.)
2. If the aircraft's body USB is connected to a mobile device or computer, the WiFi connection will also fail. You need to disconnect the USB before using the WiFi connection.
3. Check if this device was connected to another smartphone before. If DJI Flip was connected before, turn off the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on that smartphone, and then shut down the DJI Fly app to make sure they are fully disconnected. Then it is able to connect DJI Flip to the new smartphone.
4. The aircraft's WiFi name is incorrect;
5. DJI Neo only supports Wi-Fi on the 5.8 GHz and 2.4 GHz frequency bands. If the Wi-Fi of the smartphone is on a different frequency band, it will not be able to establish a Wi-Fi connection with DJI Flip.
6. Check whether all permissions of the DJI Fly app are enabled
7. Check whether the VPN function is turned off
8. Choose aircraft Wi-Fi in phone's Wi-Fi list and connect to this Wifi manually (need to input Wi-Fi password manually).

If the issue still persists, kindly share us your mobile device model and the error message for us check further. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi, thanks for the tips, but it still doesn't connect.
1. The remote is switched off an no cable connection with phone.
2. There's no usb cable in the aircraft
3. There wasn't connected to other phone, I'm only try with my phone.
4. The aircraft Wifi name is DJI-FLIP-B330, it's on the error dialog on the screenshot. I think this is provided by the manufacturer.
5. The smartphone (iPhone 14 Pro) supports 2.4 Ghz and 5Ghz as well.
6. I added all permissions to the app at the startup (location permission ,Wifi, BT, network reaching, phone's gallery, etc)
7. I've never used VPN on my phone, no VPN is there.
8.  I tried to choose Wifi (DJI-FLIP-B330) directly in my phone's Wifi settings but it was dropped10-20 seconds later. There was a description below the Wifi connection name, like this:
DJI-FLIP-B330
No internet connection

Drobe model: DJI Flip, my phone model is iPhone 14 Pro (iOS version: 18.3.1) and I've attached the error message dialog previosly.
The firmware in the drone is the latest. I managed to update the latest firmware with remote controller connection.

Hi, thanks for the tips, but it still doesn't connect.
1. The remote is switched off an no cable connection with phone.
2. There's no usb cable in the aircraft

Thank you for your quick response. Since you're using an iOS phone, please refer to the below details and see if you're able to connect to the WiFi:

1. Make sure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions are enabled on the smartphone.
2. Restart the smartphone and the DJI Flip.
3. Try to link the remote controller to the drone, change the drone's Wi-Fi name, and then restart the drone
4. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi. If the device is already connected to DJI Flip's Wi-Fi, tap the exclamation icon and select "Forget This Network".
5. If the issue persists, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings (This will erase all network settings saved.) and try to connect again.

If none of the solutions above work, please share us the App log and the aircraft log for further check. Thank you!

Thanks for your help, I managed to connect the DJI Flip with mobile phone.  It seems the Reset network Settings solved the problem.
