How do i go about getting my mini 2 fixed

Have you crashed it? And do you have a care plan for it?

If you don't have a care plan you can submit a repair case for it.

One motor frozen up and it fell from the air arm broke but I bought a replacement, replaced it and went to fly and got a gimble error and I could not nake off, I tried to start a case but it did not work I need to follow up to get it repaired

Ok, if you have not got a care plan then you can go on the internet and search dji support and then click (request online repair service) and enter the information that it asks for. DJI should send you an email with instructions after you lodge it
