1. When using the QuickTransfer function (without the remote controller), you do not need to enter the password in the Wi-Fi list. Simply enable Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Location Information (for Android mobile phones) and operate it within the DJI Fly app. For detailed instructions, refer to the tutorial videos for QuickTransfer on the our DJI official website.
2. If the connection still fails, try selecting “Forget DJI Mini 2” in your phone’s Wi-Fi list and then attempt the steps mentioned above again.
3. If the issue persists, please provide your mobile phone model, mobile phone system version, app version information, and a video showing the operation. This information will help us report the feedback and escalate the issue for further assistance.
