Good afternoon, I have a M30T with RC Plus control, after last week my drone lost the link with the control and I can't reestablish the link. I do hard reset control and nothing...any help?

Could you please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
1. Please try to restart the device and relink the remote controller with the aircraft.
Restart the remote controller and aircraft. Try to relink the remote controller with the aircraft based on the linking tutorial videos. If the linking still fails, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
2. Please ensure that the remote controller and aircraft are not too far away.
During linking, recommended distance between the remote controller and aircraft is within 50 cm.
3. Please try another linking method:
There are two linking methods for the above products: Using the APP or pressing combination button for fast linking. Please select another linking method and try again. If the linking still fails, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
4. Please ensure that the remote controller and aircraft can enter the linking state:
The aircraft has entered the linking state: The linking indicator blinks green and red; the remote controller has entered the linking state: a beeping sound being emitted.
If the aircraft and remote controller cannot enter the linking state, please refresh the firmware and confirm again. If the linking still fails, please send the product back for testing. If the aircraft and remote controller can enter the linking state but the linking fails, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
5. Please confirm that the aircraft and remote controller firmware match.
