I have the DJI o4 air lite unit and was really enjoying it. I started noticing mid flight I was losing video. When I flew drone back to me and landed the UFL connector had come off.  I send air unit back to dji still under warranty the product less than a month old and they want $100 to fix. This is unacceptable and has been reported by many other users that their ufl connectors coming off.     Please stand by your product!  

Mads Tech discussed this on their live stream the other week,  basically it's not been soldered to the board fully, so the solder doesn't get around the tabs fully.

Mads Tech discussed this on their live stream the other week,  basically it's not been soldered to the board fully, so the solder doesn't get around the tabs fully.

It's crazy to me that they didn't fix it when I sent it in especially after mads video.  I have a friend that lives in the EU, straight up crashed his o4 drone and smashed the VYX and DJI are replacing it for free.  It even looks smashed.  Mine looked perfect

Did you ask them to escalate it,  sometimes they pass it to someone else and you do get a fix.

If the pads are intact you can re solder it.   You’ll need a good size chisel
tip to get it hot enough.   Mads tech shared his process on the live stream the other week.

I'm honestly not skilled enough on the soldering to do it.  My local hobby repair shop didn't want to attempt either which was a bummer.   Hopefully DJI will work something out with me since it seems to be a known issue.  Otherwise I'll buy a kit and give it a go.
