I have just purchased a Smart Controller for my Mavic 2 Air. I have done all the updates etc required. But The Mavic 2 Air does not appear on smart controller after update.It also states that the Mavic2 Air has been discontinued. I have only had this for about 2 years. I would buy a different one but cant afford to buy another device.
Any advice or help would be gratefully received.

try use Dji Assistant 2, perhaps you could downgrade the firmware

I have downgraded and tried all updates available on DJ assistant 2...... This is what I get...
v02.02.0300 = mav4/mav3
v02.07.0000 = neo/mini4pro/air3
v04.01.0000 = 3s/neo/mini4pro/air3
v05.00.0300 = 3s/air3/mini4pro/neo/flip

There is NO Mavic Air 2
Is there a missing update?

Thank you for the information provided. For the Mavic Air 2, the recent update was on 25/09/2023.
