Hi

I'm trying to enter the "Live Streaming Platforms" menu under  "Transmission" on the RC2 settings page, to configure the different RTMP  settings but I can't even access the menu, all I'm getting is a "Failed  to start livestream. Peaking display in progress" popup.

The RC2 is connected to my home wifi network, and I also get the same error when using my phone hotspot.


Any idea what's causing it?    I've factory resetted the RC2 (Reset All Settings and Clear All Data), same result.

Hi Dominic, thanks for your feedback. Please check with the following steps for DJI Fly- RTMP livestream operation before starting:

1. Download and install DJI Fly (v1.4.12 and later versions): Go to various app stores or DJI official channel for downloading (https://www.dji.com/cn/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly).
2. Make sure that the app has been connected to the Internet, such as 4G/5G signals or Wi-Fi.
3. Confirm that the account has livestream permission for the corresponding platform. If not, the livestreaming codes cannot be obtained, and the RTMP livestream will be unable to work.
4. Make sure that the current platform supports RTMP protocols. Please check the livestream guideline or contact the customer service of the corresponding platform.

I have installed the DJI Fly app on my phone but I can't do much with it because I don't have a RC-N3 controller. My drone is already linked to my RC2 controller (that is connected to my home wifi or phone hotspot, depending where I am)

I'm trying to stream on YouTube and my account has the required permissions (I have my YouTube stream key, RTMP and everything required) but the problem is DJI Fly on my remote controller won't let me access the menu to configure it.

When I click on ""Live Streaming Platforms" under "Transmission" in the DJI Fly settings,
instead of opening this menu that I should be using to enter my YouTube key, RTMP URL, etc.:


I get this popup message:

I've tried to validate with other Air 3S + RC2 users if they have the same issue but I haven't received any response yet.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvieninece, . Kindly confirm if you are experiencing the exact same issue as the above customer, or if you are unable to live stream using your DJI RC 2 because it is requiring you to connect a mic to the remote controller. Looking forward to your response.

i have same issue. to many people have this problem with dji rc2. i think you have some soft error. anyway I read what answer here. Just talking with no fix. DJI need to fix that. I want this function , I pay for this. (Dji mini 4 pro with Dji rc2 remote.) All firmware updated, few days after buy.

Please understand us. No menu appear after hit live stream. Just this flash appear message few seconds. What microphone , what dji apk, it is a problem internal firmware in RC2
