I retrieved the drone and it seems physically ok. I have reported one battery seeming to cause blinking yellow and red status lights. I’m not confident flying the drone untethered right now. The issue is that I am going away and need a drone. How long does the “check up” process last including shipping to and from Canada.
Hi there, the actual repair cost will be based on the damage assessment after we receive your drone and send you the quotation. After arriving at the DJI Service Center, it takes 5-7 business days to repair your product. You will receive an email notification after each step of the service process is complete. During the warranty period, if damage is confirmed non-human, DJI will cover two-way shipping costs. For out-of-warranty or human-caused damage, shipping fees will be split equally between both parties, with you responsible for one-way costs.
