We have the Phantom 4 Pro RTK V2 for our surveying & photogrammetry at work out in Sacramento, Californa, USA.

We performed all the most recent updates in both the remote controler and the aircraft after learning of the geofencing update that went into effect 13 January 2025.

We work in an area with a lot of controlled airspace. We are able to get our LAANC authorizations and are very aware of where we are flying the drone.
We can not seem to launch the drone for a pre-planned photogrammetry mission anymore.

The "Enhanced Safety Zone dialog box pops up on the screen.
After reading the saftey warning one is supposed to be able to select the "OK" button to accept responsibility for flying in the Enhanced Saftey Zone.

The trouble is that the "OK" button does not work and the dialog box will not go away.
It does not allow to access anything else on the screen.

Several days ago we launched and then it "PAUSED" mid-flight and I was not able to take over flying manally! We had to rely on the low battery auto-return to home to kick in.
Fortunately it did so safely. That was potentialy a very dangerous situation.

Today we could not even get the drone to launch off the ground.

This is a very unsafe and mission aborting glitch! I am not happy about having a $6800 paper weight right now!
How can we get this rectified asap! This is work related and has put a "stop-work" until it is resolved.
