I am on my second Mavic 3E after the first was a replaced after a run in with a power line.  The first Mavic 3E was flawless until it got electrocuted.  The replacement sent by DJI produces overexposed images if the mechancial shutter is enabled.  If it is off the images appear fine.  I assume this is something I need DJI to fix but thought I would see if anyone else has had this issue.

If the mechanical shutter is enabled imaged look like this:


If not they are exposed normally.  We are doing orthomosaic mapping with Map Pilot  Pro.  Note the images are over exposed in the DJI Go 4 app as well so it is not Map Pilot Pro

There are two images zipped together.  The overexposed image was taken with a mechanical shutter enabled.  The other was not.  Full auto was used on both images.

Changing the camera parameters has no effect.  I take the camera off auto and use shutter priority it makes no difference.  Is there way of resetting the camera?
