Was nice to catch up with Jason on site crushing this pile of stone in the corner of the field with the farmer clearing the crushed stone away from it.

Great camera placement there AR.   And an impressive bit of kit.  

Very impressive footage, especially the close-up footage.    Any idea what they did with the crushed stone.  I know it can be used for landscaping, road construction and to make cement but was just curious what they used it for.

tbh this was used by the farmer for drainage and track repairs

Recycling in the US can be complicated, and the rules outlining how to do it vary from city to city and state to state, which might be one of the reasons why only about 32 percent of our "trash" gets repurposed through recycling.  So here in the US we have a long way to keep from filling up land fills.

I had a lot of outdoor plans for today.  Fooled me as the crowds rolled in at sunrise and it has rained hard almost all day.  I wanted to go check my trap as I've trapped 2 wild boars over the last two days but the weather is just really for ducks.

Indeed I do.  I am taking both of the boar to the local butcher shop today.  He'll cut them up and package them for me.  I'll never be able to eat all that meat so I'm going to drop off half to a homeless kitchen to help feed the homeless.  I prefer seafood over red meat so now way would I be able to eat all that meat.  

ah man that is cool....

i went to a local place the other day bought a 6kg strip loin and butchered it up for steaks and pieces so lets see how it works out
