Let there be FIRE!

Whilst walking along minding my own business, catching up on a new podcast,  I looked up to see smoke,    now I couldnt resist to send the M3P in to find out more.   Took 45 minutes before the fire brigade arrived,  sadly I had left before that happened.

Interesting find DA.  Nice series of shots.    Looks like a couple of the employees spotted the drone.

Maybe they felt a sense of guilt for the fire and smoke; especially if they started the fire, and feared repercussions.  That must have been a remote location if it took the Fire Services 45 minutes to respond.

No they didnt start it,   they collect the dustbins,   so someone put something in the rubbish that was either burning,  like ash from a fireplace or the tossed a battery that sparked it off when it was compacted.

Yes,  them dumped it out right in the road to block all the other lorries leaving,   the way they treated it I reckon they are used to it.

Ash and batteries I bet at the common causes at this time of year.   I always leave my ash out for a couple of days just incase

Wood ash is actually very good for killing moss.

If mine was clean Id put it on the veg patch but there's been a lot of nails in lately from the kindling I've been using.

Yeah, that definitely created a dangerous situation.  Reminds me of the idiot tourist camper that put still smoldering charcoal from his BBQ pit into a plastic trash bin and then left the campsite.  Didn't take long to catch all the flammable trash on fire.
