Yesterday I flying in fog. Firstly dron fly slowly but suddenly put full speed and hit into the tree. I tried to pull trigger back but it doesn't work.

They fall from from tree, nothing broken, fly good but they have problem with gimbal one of the axles doesn't work and don't calibrate. I opened it and see broken cable. I think this cabel is to short because gimbal is mounte
d on rubber and when you hit something it can change position and broke cabel.

I need to replace this cabel but I can't find it anywhere. Please help me.

I am an minimal payed worker. The drone was my dream for which I had been saving for a long time, but after a few flights it was grounded due to the failure of one small cable that cannot be bought anywhere.

I always repair my own things it's my hobby, but this is the first time I haven't been able to get parts. If I am not able to buy this cable, I will have to sell this drone for parts

If the drone didn't respond to your back movement of the stick, that should be a case where you could send the log to DJI to get a replace of the complete drone for free

I tried flying in fog, which is not recommended. I think it's my fault, but the lack of reaction to the sticks is also strange. I found information on the Internet that this is how DJI drones with front sensors behave in fog.

Another strange fact is that they don't brake anything, gimbal was in place but cabel was cuted.

It is not recommended to repair on your own, since the damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals will not be covered by warranty according to DJI After-Sales policy. We suggest sending it back to our official repair center for maintenance if the drone needs to be repaired in the future.

If I send drone to DJI service repair I will pay:

1. Shipping 20 euro
2. Service pay 50euro (even when I'm don't decide to repair) ??
3. Broken parts price.
