When I first got my Neo about a month ago and I used the audio feature and it married the audio to the video. I didn't have to do anything in post. Now it does not do this. I think there might have been a firmware upgrade but not positive. I would love to have this feature back. DJI I hope you are listening.

Kindly remind you that DJI Neo supports the DJI Fly App recording function when using the mobile app control mode and when paired with DJI RC-N3 and DJI RC-N2 (the aircraft is upgraded to V01.00.0400 and later). On the remote control page, click...>Shoot>pull down to turn on or off App radio.
If the function still failed, please take a video showing the operating process.

OK here is the issue, maybe I didn't explain myself clearly.

I fly drone
I get 2 files on the drone
One Audio file
One video file

I did this when I first got my drone and it synced the 2 files. It no longer syncs.

So My specific question is:
I want my video file and my sudio file to sync

It did this on or before Feb 10th.
THe afternoon of Feb 10th it did not sync any longer.

Why does it no longer sync the 2 files.

on or before Feb 10th I would play the video file and the audio would play along with the video file.
Now there is no audio. however there is still a audio file, just like before, on the drone.

After checking, for the original footage saved on the Neo, if connected it via PC and directly export it will have no audio.
Please connect the DJI Fly App to the Neo and play the video once in the App album, the original video will be loaded with audio normally.

Thank you, that worked perfectly. I knew I did something to get it to work originally but forgot I might have played it in the album. Again, Thank you.
