Hello, I'm new to drones. May I know if I could keep using my DJI Flip as long as I have batteries? Is there a chance that the drone itself would overheat without me knowing? Thank you for your answers.

Try to keep your drone powered off while you are not using it, but if you need to do a firmware update or something similar you shoudn't have any problem

In a 25°C room temperature environment with no wind, the DJI Flip will prompt an overheat warning after about 30 minutes of cold start waiting to fly, and will automatically shut down due to overheating after about 58 minutes.
It is highly recommended to stop flying immediately upon receiving overheat or low battery prompts. These prompts are critical warnings designed to protect your drone and ensure safe operation.
