I was flying my neo and it sounded like the motors went crazy. I got a max motor load reached warning and the drone was gone. I was able to find the drone but i landed in a puddle. I purchase a new neo to replace it already. The telemetry showed the drone hit 25m/s or 55mph. I already replaced the drone i am just wondering if there is a way to have dji check the telemetry to see what the error was.

did you fly at night?

We're you using the FPV controller? Actually, that's beyond the neos speed limit.

It was during daylight hours with perfect flying conditions. Wind 4mph and i had 26 satellites connected.

Keep in mind, the Neo only has level 4 wind resistance
if wind isn't the case, I suggest calibrating the IMU sensor every once in a while
