Dear DJI Support,

I am experiencing an issue with RTK connection using a custom network on my M4E. Under clear sky conditions, the RTK status consistently shows "RTK not connected."

I have found a temporary workaround: navigating to the custom network RTK settings, clicking "edit," and then saving the settings without making any changes. This action seems to restore the RTK connection.

Could DJI confirm if this is a known firmware issue? If so, is there a planned fix?

Are you getting all constellation connections?  Mine swaps between sats visible and 0 with beidou, gallileo, and Glonass.  This causes converging with no FIX

OK, after more testing I've realized that my first try and "workaround" was pure luck. I either have a "not connected" status or I'm stuck at converging. When I have the "not connected" status, I kill pilot 2 and rerun it, and then the status is stuck at converging.

I only have 0 sats visible when the status is "not connected" (and this is obviously a SW bug).

I don't have a base station to check if this is a network RTK (NTRIP) isolated problem.

I've also tried to lift the drone, but still no success.

Edit: I've now checked at a location where I formerly had success after half an hour of waiting. I had 6/6 success within 30 seconds.

So you're saying that the issue is totally intermittent? As in it doesn't always occur at any given location and when it does the settings edit and/or Pilot restart workarounds don't always work?

We had colleagues reporting issues with GPS and Glonass due to the situation in Ukraine, maybe related

Ah yes considering the location... Not exactly next door but who knows how far the effects might range. Good point.

I'm 520km from closest Ukrainian border. Fact is that my Trimble DA2 works just fine with extra quick fix. My colleague reports same problem with his M4E. There is obviously some software bug if asking me...
