Am I just lucky or does everyone have uneven hydrophobic coating on glass lens cover? Glass Lens Cover hydrophobic coating is usual deffect?

No. It was not cleaned with anything. The edges of the defect are straight - this cannot be done if you clean it with anything.

If i have made a separate lens purchase I send the lens back but that we all know is under a Limited warranty, so that would clearly say here, send a full camera back so a new  camera can be sent back, the Operator needs to either buy a new $20.00 us lens, or DJI do a good faith thing here, by  saying keep the lens and we'll send you one out on us.  good luck in the choice   


IMO I buy one and send back to dji their defect never said  swap.  but people will do things like that

However, please not that in registering the repair service online, the system will offer you components return instructions automatically based on the product model and selected issue type. You can send back the recommended components or the complete set of the product for complete diagnose of your product.
