We try to use more and more 100% natural and pure ingredients.
Raw, unprocessed.
It's not that hard TBH.
Can't avoid everything, but at least we try.

Hey at 60 I went organic meat and vegetables and the only bread we eat now is sour dough with 3 ingredients. I hope I can mae up for all the bad eating I did in the past. I feel better and lost weight

It seems like there are more healthy choices lately. People are demanding it In the US we were getting fed lots of additives and inferior product, but it has been brought to the public;s attention. Many are making better choices after a lifetime of eating wrong.

Let's hope that continues.

We have been eating mostly grass fed meat, and organic fruits and veggies.
