Refurbished units are quite good, but when are you going to give us some good offers in new products? I only see bags and bottles and they aren't attractive

I have purchased two refurbished products from DJI store app, Pocket 2 and RC Controller. The both ones were completely new to me (device and packaging). The both ones work great. I recommend to check refurbished section when you want to buy anything from DJI.

You would expect 20% off a new product on a Black Friday - 20% off a used product is a really poor deal at anytime should be more like 60% off to start with

On a  Refurbished product should be more chep… but DJI take care of costumers like nobody else

DJI what are you doing? I order two drones and spent over €2000. You manage to deliver one of them but it's broken. What kind of quality control is that? Well, at least you exchanged it immediately. But drone 2 is only supposed to be shipped 17 days after purchase and the replacement drone for drone 1 was put on hold at DHL Express by you during delivery? Why? I probably shouldn't have bought a refurbished product from you or what will you tell me with that ?

I need help. I went to DJI on 5th Avenue in New York and bought two drones. Before making the purchase, I showed the money to the seller to see if it was OK and if it would be accepted. The seller took the money, checked internally and came back saying that everything was OK and that it would be accepted. So I bought the drones, received the change, the receipts and returned to the hotel. Arriving in my country a few days later, I tried to activate the drones and received a blocking message (1112). I tried to get support through the call center, and I received an email telling me to contact them via WhatsApp. I contacted them, and the store in New York is asking for a NEW PAYMENT, because they claim that the payment I made in the store is not valid. However, I received the receipts, the change, and went in and out through the front door of the store in New York. I said that I will not make a new payment, because I already paid in the store. I need my drones to be unlocked immediately, because I already paid for them.

I ordered one of the mini 3 fly more combos refurb and two weeks later I got a phone call to say they had mucked up and my drone was out of stock.
I got an email from DJI today saying they are too dumb to sort the problem out and my only option is a refund.

They are not good products. I ordered a refurb mini 2 and it came with visible cosmetic damages and a defective gimbal.
