Has anyone had trouble getting through to dji

I have waited for a week now after sending 5 emails and nothing.   No reply back nothing.  


Anyone know how I can get some bloody service of them. I need my controller fixing under warranty

and …… silence again can hear the rumble weed now.  This is an absolute joke. Still not got any further with  your faulty goods. Losing my patience a bit as I work hard for my money and for dji to totally disregard a very very loyal customer like this is terrible.

Cheers dude. Controller 3 left stick got a mind of its own sometimes it’s just glitches other times it does a 180 and I end up in my back really annoying unsafe and needs fixing asap
