Just got a call from a friend that runs a jetski rental company and he wants me to help him find a jetski that sank in a lake.  He said the 20 year old renter flipped it and let it sink without turning it back over.  So now it's in 25 feet of lake water.  So I'm going to go make some bubbles. Bet this shot reminds you of some great times.

I had a case of tractor sliped into lake some 20 ft. We managed to tie it until the crowler came and pull it out...

Sure does. I miss skiing and scuba diving. They were my favorite hobbies a while back. Then I got married again and they are time consuming.

Turns out the rider of this jetski hit a semi-submerged log and it split the cowling which is why it sank so fast on him.  We were able to raise it to the surface with a couple of mid-size air inflatable bags.  My buddy, the owner, says it will cost more to repair it so he might just tear it down and use it for spare parts.  A bit of a shame as it was only 6 months old.  

Dang, I don't think I've ever seen a tractor in a lake.  Good job of getting it out.

If I couldn't dive or do water sports it would be a sad day for sure.  I guess that is a perk of being divorced as I can come and go as I please.

Yes we did a map of the rail and road area. It was very windy so I didn't hang around.

Man it was a comedy speaking to an old man that owned that tractor...He claimed that tractor went into a gear by itself and drove(jumped he said) into the lake

Was that after he had a couple of 6 packs?    I never had a tractor on the farm growing up that just decided to drive off on its own.  Not saying it didn't happen, but that would be super weird if it did.

We had a sailor on the ship that swore he saw a "Blue Blaster".   He wasn't kidding because as I was interviewing him he ducked down and yelled look out he is shooting at us.  Nobody else was in the room.    We flew him off the boat that afternoon in restraints.  Turns out he was having severe alcohol withdrawals.

His story of Blue Blasters kept getting mentioned while on that cruise.  Humorous to us but definitely not humorous to him.  At least they got him detoxed and he became a productive sailor again.

It was an imaginary futuristic figure that the sailor made up in his mind while he was hallucinating with severe alcohol withdrawals.  We were two days out to sea at the start of a deployment when that event happened.
