Hi all, help DJI.

I am a professional user. We recently bought a Goggles 2 with the motion controller 2 in order to operate our Mavic 3 Pro Cine. We would like to use the zoom function in video with the controller wheel of the MC2. But... It seems that we need to set the camera in Explore mode via the Google menu, camera settings. There is no setting that shows Normal or Explore mode?
Do we miss something? Can you share a screenshot?

Thanks in advance,
PSO

Hello there. To enable the Exploration Mode on your DJI Mavic 3 series, please follow these steps:1. Access the Camera Settings Interface:
Open the DJI Fly app.
Connect your DJI Mavic 3 series drone.
2. Select the Shooting Mode:
In the camera menu, choose the Exploration mode.
3. Adjust the Zoom Level:
Use the dial on the flight goggles interface to adjust the zoom level, which can be magnified up to 28x.

Hi,

Thanks for the explanation, it seems that I was looking wrong. But...

Why is it not possible to choose lenses in normal mode as alternative of zoom in Explore mode? I is the strength of the Mavic 3 Pro!

Other question: what lens is the system using in Explore mode? (wide, zoom or tele?)

Hi,

Thanks for the explanation, it seems that I was looking wrong. But...

Here are the answers to your two questions:
Question 1: Why is it not possible to choose lenses in normal mode as alternative of zoom in Explore mode?
Because the zoom range in the exploration mode is larger, lenses with different focal lengths are needed to achieve a higher zoom ratio.

Question 2: What lens is the system using in Explore mode? (wide, zoom, or tele?)
In the exploration mode, the wide-angle lens (Hasselblad camera), medium-telephoto lens, and telephoto lens are automatically switched according to the zoom ratio.
