Got my first DJI products after 400h on simulators and flying regular non branded FPV's

I was on vacation last week and decided to shoot at the beach, but never over the water, since i saw some complaints about drones losing control and falling into the sea.

I flew over 10 batteries and took beautiful shots, until on a hard turn, the drone lost the connectivity and started drifting to the sea sideways.

I tried to change back to normal mode, nothing happened, pressed the emergency break, nothing happened.

Until the drone just tumbled upside down and fell into the sea, completely losing the camera signal.

The drone was about 200m from the me and the googles and RC, and i was flying about a 100m from the sea.

A enourmous discomtempt with my first DJI experience, since i bought both the avata 2 and neo, and lost a brand new drone without a thing to do.

I know DJI will assume pilot error, but it WAS NOT my mistake in any possible way.
