Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. Before flying in the current area, you are advised to connect your mobile phone until taking off and ensure that GPS signal is normal. Also make sure the below steps have been done:
1. Please make sure drone and goggles firmware version are the latest versions (v01.12.0000)
2. Please make sure the app version has been updated to the latest from the official website.
3. Please connect your mobile phone to the goggles make sure the location permission has been enabled for the mobile device and the DJI FLY app.
It should allow the DJI Fly to obtain the location information and also needs to ensure that the DJI Fly app runs in the foreground. Also, thank you for keeping us informed that the issue has been resolved. If the issue still persists, you can try the above steps provided. |
