I lost connection of my drone over a creek, just a couple minutes before I flew over the same spot about 500~ metres away from launch point. The connection suddenly cut and I was not able to locate my drone, not sure if I crashed it but the last frames I saw the drone was still a few metres above water. Find my drone feature didn't  help, last point of connection does not show up. I checked my flight log for the first time and it’s pretty much empty as I have not been flying while connected to wifi. Will DJI still replace my drone under these circumstances?

Also when a drone loses connection it should immediately stop and return to home right? I think when mine lost connection it ran straight into a bridge which is why it fell in the creek, end of the day it’s my fault but I just want to hear some feedback, Thanks!
