The Mavic 3E RTK custom network works pretty solid.  But the Matrice 4 Enterprise has issues.  I saw a post on another site where an individual was having the same issue as I am.  The custom RTK will not get to fix, only converging.  GPS is steady(not great), but the Beidou, gallileo, and Glonass will display satellites, then display 0, back and forth.  This causes no fix.  So I am not the only one.  He did send his in for repair and they sent him a new drone, claiming it was the RTK board. I just got this drone last week and don’t want to have to send it back.  Anyone else seeing this?  

Additionally, I did it to connect on Thursday without issue, but now…nothin’.

DJI…fix it!  I have jobs to do.

Hi, I am using a custom RTK account.  CORS net work and an Emlid hotspot.  Both act the same way.  As I mentioned in my original post, it worked last week, but now it won’t get a fix, only converging.  

I have a support ticket in and sent logs and screen video..  ticket #8914582

On other aircrafts I encounter sometimes the same issue...my fix : kill the Pilot2 app, when you reopen it it 'll connect and get a fix.

Restarting usually fixes it on the M3E.  I tried that method multiple times to no avail on the 4E.  The constellation satellites displayed on the drone do not stay steady, they drop to 0, then back up to 7/8, then back to 0.  Galileo is pretty much non existent.

Great, lets hope the "feature" remains on the M4 series and doesn't propagate to others M3xx.

I resolve the issue I was experiencing with my own local base station, as I suspect that the Matrice 4 checks the distance to the nearest ntrip server and probably refuses to get a fix is its accuracy is not improved as RTK has an accuracy of 1cm + 1ppm, where 1ppm = 1mm x distance from base station in km.     in my case the  nearest base station was 60km, so ~70mm / 7cm.
