I am trying to figure out when I am in the DJI Go App, it says the distance the quad copter is from me is way farther than it really is.  I had the remote within 1' off the quad copter and the display said it was 32' away....any ideas or suggestions.

GPS'S are not accurate to the foot , that could explain some of it . Also not sure wether the distance shown is between the RC and the Phantom or between the phantom and the home point  . So if you move around a little with the RC , it could explain also .

I agree, but it seemed pretty far off.  Just wondering if this was what other people were experiencing.
