I have a set of goggles 3 that has a smudge it seems behind the diopter eyepiece but not on the display.  I can see it out of both eyepieces.  If I move my eye position around it changes the location on the display where you see it.  That is what makes me believe it is between the display and the eyepiece.  I just have had these goggles for a couple of weeks,  I bout a Avata 2 from a man.  It still has DJI Refresh on it.  Any suggestions please.

Regarding your Avata 2, could you confirm if the previous owner’s account is still logged in on your device? If so, we recommend contacting the previous owner to log in and unbind the device from their account. Once unbound, you’ll be able to re-bind it to your own account.

Thank you for your fast response Mindy.

These pictures are from both left and right eye pieces.  By the angle of your eye they move from above the screen to on the screen.

The previous owner did unbind the Avata 2 and the Goggles 3 from his account.  I have them bound to my DJI account already.

My account is under Monte Zueger.  I own a Mini Pro 4, Neo, Avata 2 as well as tje Goggles 3.

The Aircraft SN is   1581F6W8A24340A3X1WZ.  The Flight Controller SN is 1581F6W8A24340A3X1WZ as well.  The Goggles 3 SN is 753XM1W60213HZ.  It has been activated for 305 day.  All my DJI equipment has current DJI Refresh on them.

What should be my next step.

Hi Monte, thank you for your reply. May I know have you tried to clean the surface of the goggles with a soft, dry, clean cloth and use the lens cleaning cloth to clean the lenses in a circular motion from the center to the outer edges?
