Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. To help resolve the issue, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure you have downloaded the correct version of DJI Assistant 2 from our official website. You can find it here: https://www.dji.com/downloads/pr ... a9cf#tuning_params.
2. Please make sure that the USB Mode Switch is shifted to the bottom. It is recommended to connect the computer with the original USB cable with double A ports.
