Hey, I would like to know if the DJI DOCK 3 allows takeoff and landing while the dock is moving.

For example, if I install the dock on a vessel, will the drone be able to take off and land securely while the vessel is in motion on the ocean? Are there any speed limits or restrictions for this operation? Additionally, will it still function properly despite the vessel's movement in three axes due to ocean conditions?

Don't have definitive information but willing to bet it won't tolerate anything but the calmest sea sates. May be able to deal with some horizontal motion, but pitch/roll/heave/yaw on a vessel is often enough to freak out most DJI drones to the point that they won't even take off unless you have good timing to take advantage of a lull. Not sure how "smart" the dock itself is or whether it sends telemetry data to the drone/RC.

Have you operated drones on board oceangoing vessels much?
