Hi, quick question and this is probably just me being completely OCD.

So i was fidgeting with the gimbal, when putting on filters and realised i was pushing the gimbal quite a bit to the side like i'm showing in the video, which got me wondering how durable it is and whether or not i was doing damage to the gimbal.

Is the movement i'm doing to the gimbal in the video bad for the gimbal/is it stretching out the gimbal rubber dampeners and making then looser? because if it's damaging i'll start to be more careful when applying ND filters.

I'm asking, because now i can't stop thinking about me might having damaged something delicate in the gimbal - and yes i know it's completely illogical to then do it again to show on video, but that's the only way i could explain hehe.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. You may refer to the steps below to install and remove the ND filters in proper way to avoid any damages.

Installing the wide-angle lens or an ND filter:
1. Hold the original protector of the camera with your fingers, press and rotate it counterclockwise, then the protector can be removed.
2. Press the lens or an ND filter firmly after matching it with the camera mount, and rotate it clockwise to a horizontal angle to complete the replacement.

Removing the wide-angle lens or an ND filter:
1. Hold the camera with your thumb and index finger, and rotate the lens or the ND filter counterclockwise to unlock and remove it. Do not remove by force. Otherwise, the gimbal may be damaged.
2. Then install the lens protector in the front of the camera.

Notes:
1. When attaching the wide-angle lens or an ND filter, make sure to press it down firmly and rotate clockwise until it is securely locked. Make sure that the wide-angle lens or the ND filter is firmly mounted before each flight. Otherwise, it may detach during use.
2. Make sure the gimbal is level and forward before takeoff, so that the aircraft can correctly detect the installation status of the wide-angle lens or the ND filter. The gimbal will be level after the aircraft is powered on. If the gimbal rotates, recenter the gimbal via remote controller or DJI Fly.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

Hi there, as per the video, there's no issue with the gimbal. However, if you're encountering any abnormal performances, kindly do not hesitate to reach out . Also, kindly follow the steps above when removing and installing the ND filters.

Thank you for your understanding.
