I placed my first order on February 6, and the shipment started. It arrived in the U.S. on February 7 and was held in Customs for about a week. However, the Customs clearance was not completed, and it was returned to DJI. So, I contacted customer service and requested a reshipment. The reshipment was sent, and it arrived in Oakland, California, on February 26, but it is still stuck in Customs.
The first shipment was sent via DHL, and the second one was sent via FedEx, but the second shipment is also stuck in Customs over 10 Days. I called FedEx to ask if there were any documents or information I needed to submit, but they said the shipper had already submitted all necessary documents, and there was nothing more I needed to submit. They just told me to wait. I had the call and waited, but it's been 5 days now, and it's still stuck in Customs.
Are DJI products or DJI Flip no longer able to enter the U.S.? I am curious how both shipments have failed to clear Customs, and why this issue is occurring.
