Hello mmashack,
Thank you for reaching out to DJI. We are sorry to hear about the error code 30064 with your Mavic Air 2.
Please follow the steps below to address this issue:
1. Ensure that the remote controller is the original one provided with your combo. If you have been bound to DJI Care Flyaway Coverage and use other remote controllers, not the remote controller that comes with the combo, please use the remote controller coming with the combo and try to take off again.
2. If you are using the original remote controller and still encounter this issue, please verify that your drone, remote controller, and DJI FLY App are all updated to the latest versions:
Aircraft Firmware: v01.01.16.00
DJI RC-N1 Remote Controller Firmware: v04.11.02.00
DJI Fly App iOS: v1.12.0
DJI Fly App Android: v1.12.0
3. Make sure that Location services are enabled on the mobile device, or remote controller with a built-in screen, and that DJI Fly has been granted GPS access. When using a mobile device, make sure that the DJI Fly app remains active in the foreground, and try to take off again.
How to find Location settings:「Settings-Location-Select to ON」
4. If the error persists, please remove the microSD card on the drone and try again, it is to determine if the issue is caused by a random microSD card coupling issue. If it is, please use another recommended microSD card to take off normally.
5. If the error persists, make sure that the battery capacity of the remote controller is no lower than 50%, if not, please charge it and try to take it off again.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation. Please let us know if this helps resolve your issue. Thank you. |
