SD card slow

Hi,


After two years of using a Samsung pro endurance 64 V10 SD card my camera suddenly displays that the card is too slow. Now I can only record for a few seconds before it stops. What happens to the camera ?

Hi there, thank you for sharing your concern with us. We're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. SD card writing speed is related to the current number of files stored on the SD card and how it is used by the user. If the number of files is large, the writing speed will generally be slow.

If the SD card writing speed is slow due to too much file fragmentation, try using a computer to format it. We look forward to your feedback.

Thank you for the reply. I read another thread about this issue and I followed the instructions of a member that was to format the card with the computer using the slow formatting option because the fast formatting doesn't solve the problem as I tried it before. And it seems it works. I was afraid the camera was malfunctioning but now it's fine.
