Yeah, I was surprised the first time I saw that.

It was a requirement on a site I did some work on years ago,    they also had to clean the road twice an hour during working times.   Council enforced it.

We probably got it from the EU,     currently the new government here wants to scrap the pint and go to a EU metric version.

They had some breakdown and the claws were removed from the site. I guess because they had no fences to guard everything. (my guess)

In the past I made many videos about these type of projects, but it turned out nobody watched them. So now I make 3 longer ones.
One with the focus on the demolition.
