This just gets better. Not only can you no longer switch it off but seetings and menu items have completely disappeared. I no longer have any horizon steady options. They have simply gone. How can I change my horizon settings.

Please refer to page 17 & 18.

To change horizon settings, navigate through Menu > Settings > Camera > EIS and select your desired stabilization option: Off, RockSteady, or HorizonSteady.

The HorizonBalancing and HorizonSteady are not available in all image resolutions. If you are shooting in 4k 4:3 you won't have either, in 2.7k 4:3 you only have HorizonBalancing.
